My research interests include updating and upgrading MarkerDB and HMDB to expand the current collections of biomarkers and metabolites respectively. Main focuses will be on expanding the MarkerDB biomarker collection in terms of food consumption biomarkers and GWAS/SNP biomarkers using GWAS ROC.
