Research interests: My research interests include:

i) Development of a urine storage kit system that aims to improve urine sample collection and transport for metabolomics analyses.

ii) Data-driven research for data science and machine-learning studies during the COVID-19 pandemic, to explore the relationship between government policies and the shifts in the COVID-19 epidemiology.

iii) Using data-driven and literature-based research in vast areas of biology to illustrate machine-readable plant metabolic pathways, drug pathways and opioid-related drug pathways to populate PathWhiz - a biological pathway bank.
